There is a beautiful walk from Harlyn Sands across to Booby’s Bay,

Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay where refreshments can be had at

the Youth Hostel. Lovely to walk back barefoot across the sands and

watch the mesmerised surfers rise and fall in search of the perfect

wave.
